I’m going to read this asap. Never saw this one. Just wanted to say that when I first opened the email my eyes read Irreversible and I thought ahh man that’s a tough movie to get the weekend started.
Lol..yeah that’s why I still haven’t watched it. Just one of those that I think if I did I might regret it. I actually watched Rebel Ridge and going to go back and read your and Vern’s reviews again. BTW I appreciate your commentary on his site. You bring up some strong points.
I haven't seen Irreversible in many years, maybe it will hit differently. My joke was based in you having seen it, since it's backwards, and begins with tragedy and ends with sweetness (which is to say it essentially ends in tragedy, too, since you know what happens). That being said, not only do I remember it being great, but, if you're a music-in-movies guy, the underrated score is from one of the two dudes from Daft Punk.
How about just calling it
"Adaptations"? Simple? Just a thought.

I need to see it and know it’s a great movie and I dug Enter The Void. I watched Salo in college so if I can get through that one...
